PHASE 1: THE SURFACE
We start with a bird’s eye view of your life: where you are now (this side of the canyon), where you want to go (that side of the canyon) and the space in between. In this phase of assessment, intention setting, and commitment to self, you now find a safe space for your chrysalis stage. Hunker down, Caterpillar, and get ready for a miraculous and magical journey of transformation- your experience of life is about to change!

PHASE 2: THE DEEP DIVE
Using the info gathered in Phase 1, we will journey under the surface to mine the seeds of truth hidden below. Here you will dig deeper into both your fears and desires - the seeds of dark and light hidden within you- to release what is holding you back, mine the hidden golden nuggets of Truth, and learn how to align the two. This is your chrysalis state, a phase of deep transformation on all levels.

PHASE 3: THE BRIDGE
Now it is time to create a new life action plan and step into your new identity! In Phase 3, we will carefully design, construct and anchor in a new life structure, routine, and rhythm that supports Who You Really Are, what you came here to do and gets you moving in alignment with your soul’s intended path-the path of genuine fulfillment. In this phase, your outer life will reflect your inner transformation. Time to fly, Butterfly!
